Everything is energy!! How to use it to improve our lives and achieve our goals!
Everything is energy!! Our body, our thoughts, our feelings, our words, nature, people and objects around us! It is a scientifically proven truth!
Tesla and Einstein have proved it. Tesla told us that “everything is energy, frequency, vibration”. Einstein told us “Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it.
Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.”
So, everything is energy! How can we use this scientific truth to improve our lives and achieve our goals?
The only thing we have to do is calculate everything in terms of energy. Things and situations with positive energy support and expand our body, mind and emotional state. They help us be healthy, happy, creative, full of spirit!
This means that we need to make our choices based on the energy that everything offers us:
- Our diet: it should be rich in nutrients and include lots of fruit, vegetables, nuts and legumes – as organic and unprocessed as possible
- The air we breathe: we should seek to breathe the clean air found in nature
- Our thoughts: positive thoughts have a higher vibration than negative ones
- Our emotions: positive emotions have higher vibration than negative ones. This is measurable The people we have around us: choose happy, optimistic people, with goals and purpose, with a disposition for evolution and creation. When there must be some miserable, depressing or pessimistic people in our lives (such as parents, spouse, children, partners and so on), we need to be very alert so as not to be influenced and protect ourselves from their energy
- Our actions and priorities: think about how you feel when you do something you like, something that excites you. You don’t feel tired because this activity energizes you. Similarly, when you do somethingyou don’t enjoy, you feel so drained that you can even get sick. For this reason, when we must do something that we do not enjoy, we should think of something positive that we stand to gain at the end and hype ourselves before we even start. Maybe this activity will pay us, make us more knowledgeable, improve our quality of life, etc. If there is nothing we stand to gain, maybe we should not be doing it in the first place!! Think about it!
- The music we listen to: happy melodies and songs help us change our mood and increase the frequency of our energy
- Our words: phrases, like “I am not good enough,” “I am not going to find a job” and so on, lower our energy (low energy thoughts, low energy emotions). Instead, we should say “I am doing my best,” “I am in the process of finding a job,” etc.
- The energy of the space we are in: in a place where there is anger, pain or fear, we feel unwell because we tune in to these vibrations and lose our energy. It is also very important to keep our space clean and tidy. That brings balance to our minds and motivates us to be creative!
- The energy of the objects around us: it is useful to carefully choose the objects we surround ourselves with. To look at things that bring back beautiful memories, remind us of happy situations or things that our loved ones have gifted us. Also, handmade things carry the energy of the person who created it. You do not need to believe in all this! Start experimenting and see how you feel. Try and observe whether something raises your energy and takes you to a higher level of existence! Whether you see that your daily life improves!
