One of the reasons we feel so much better is because nature has high energy and makes us feel strong. We feel this power to get inside, to flow inside us, to penetrate us!
If we calm down for a while, very quickly we become aware of our conventional entity! We feel our connection with the divine cosmic energy!
A walk-in nature can help improve overeating, stress, post-traumatic stress, hyperactivity disorder.
Contact with nature makes the brain increase its performance, even when we leave from there.
So, here are some ideas to absorb even more of nature’s energy on your next walk:
- Take off your shoes, so that you have direct contact with the ground
- Take deep slow breaths from the abdomen
- Stretch your whole body or do yoga
- Close your eyes and enjoy the peace of nature without any additional thought
