Eating slowly contributes to our health, well-being, slimming and weight loss. So we should get used to eating slowly because:

Eating slowly, chewing food several times before swallowing it. This helps us to digest better, with less strain on our digestive system. In addition, we help our body absorb more of the nutrients we receive
- Reduce stress levels in the body
