These two habits will change your life!
Sometimes, while we know that some things help us improve the quality of our daily life, we avoid or postpone them. Sometimes, we try to make a change, but it ends up being a failed attempt. Perhaps it’s a healthier lifestyle, maybe a new healthy diet, or finding a new job.
Whatever it is that you want to change in your life, I’ll help you get started by introducing you to two habits that will lead you to change easily.
Habit No.1: Start throwing away or giving away things that are useless.
Garments that you haven’t worn in years, books that you will never read again, things you keep in storage and will
never use. Through this process, our subconscious gets the message that we want to make space in our lives for new things. It sounds irrelevant, but it is not.
It is important to do this on a daily basis, if possible. To throw away something that is useless. If you don’t have the time to do this every day, at least keep it in mind. It is especially important to throw away unnecessary stuff on days when you don’t feel well, when you are emotionally blocked and you feel like you have no energy and are in a bad mood to start something new,
something that will improve your life.
Habit No.2: Try something new every day.
Something you’ve never done before or that you haven’t done in years. It could be a new workout at the gym, deviating from your routine and doing something different in your free time, a new dish or dessert, even brushing your teeth or eating with a different hand. Start small. It doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s good to try out things, change up your daily and if possible, to do something you’ve never done before. These small changes create new synapses in the brain and help us be more flexible, see more perspectives, be more open minded and more receptive to change.
These two habits that I recommend here have been tried and tested many times. They are very effective and bring quick results. Insist on them for a few days in a row and you will feel the benefits yourself.
