In this session in an easy and pleasant way we will experience our best self, so that we can be as creative as possible, to achieve our goals
With the fast pace of everyday life and the rapid changes in social structures, we feel tired, inefficient and put a lot of effort to have mediocre results. Also, with the situation we are going through due Covid-19, we each need to accept our own losses and redefine our lives.
For this, we need to develop to the maximum our potential and expand our intuition and insight, so that we can be effective, creative and able to listen to what will follow.
In this session we will:
- Eliminate stress (we will release tensions from body and mind and we will bring balance to emotions)
- Get in touch with the maximum of our potential
- Expand our intuition and perspicacity
We’ll achieve it with:
- Easy and very carefully selected exercises on the body
- Diaphragmatic breathing techniques
- Guided meditation and visualization

The sessions will be held on Zoom every Saturday for 4 weeks (starting on the 17th of April) at 4pm (GMT).
